FAQ - Returns & Refunds

We do not offer outright refunds. However, we do abide by a worry-free shopping policy that means you can ALWAYS exchange your items.

First, make sure you have a copy of your invoice. If you lost your invoice, don’t sweat it! Simply log into your account and click on “Review Orders.” Put the items you wish to exchange in a box with a copy of your invoice and ship them to the address listed below. Once we receive your items, we’ll email you a coupon code for the purchase amount of your items. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

You must send your items back to us for exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

The coupon code you receive from your exchange will be active for 45 days from the time that we email it.
